A collection of artisan vendors that sell a wide variety of products and services.

Kids Activities

Tons of fun kids activities including face paint, bounce houses, temporary tattoos, sidewalk chalk, activities put on by the Discovery Museum of Mount Pleasant. Hours

Sept. 8th 1pm - 7pm & Sept. 9th 9am - 5pm

Cost

$5 per child 20% of sales go to the Discovery Museum & kids under 2 are free

Street Dance

September 9th 7pm - 10pm

Free live performance by Detroit Band L’USA that will make you want to get up and dance! If dancing is not your thing, bring your own lawn chair to sit back and enjoy the concert.

Live Entertainment

Yoga on Main Street

September 9th 8am - 9am

Outdoor yoga class on Main Street instruction by Jordan Rios. A class for all levels that is open to all.

Class Registration: $10 per person

Sign up for the class by clicking the button below or sign up on the day of at the check in table.

Class will be on Main Street near town center in front of Pisanellos Pizza.

Bring a yoga mat or towel we have very few for attendees to use.

Vendor Applications Now Open!

We want you to be a vendor! Please apply below and we will notify you within 48 - 72 business hours if your application has been accepted. We are reviewing applications based on how uniqueness of products & booths, along with the number of spots we have available.

Vendor Information

Booth Information 

  • $125 Single Booth 

    • Approximately 11’ w x 11’d

    • ONE 10’ x 10’ Tent 

  • $200 Double Booth (Food Trucks & Trailers will be required to have this size)

    • Approximately 22’ w x 11’d

  • Other sizes are available upon special request after approval of application.

Load-out/Market Closure 

  • Market vendors must remove booths by 8 p.m. on September 9th

  • Food vendors must be remove booths by 10p.m. on September 9th

  • Vendors must discard all trash in the dumpsters and trash bins provided, as well as pick up any debris left in the booth area before leaving. If a vendor does not leave their booth space clean, they will not be invited back.

Overnight Security 

  • Overnight security officers will be monitoring the festival area from 8pm - 8am but it is not recommended to leave items of value in the booths overnight. 

  • Vendors are responsible for any damage or loss of property left overnight or left unattended to at any point throughout the festival.

Market Rules/Regulations 

  • Vendors must respect all safety policies that event coordinators or the City of Mount Pleasant MI deem necessary. 

  • No smoking is permitted in or around booths 

  • Vendors must set up within  booth assignedt to them at check-in and may not place signs, products, or any other property outside of the dedicated area. 

  • Vendors must be kind and courteous to all vendors, festival attendees,  volunteers, and event coordinators. 

  • All vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting the 6% sales tax to the State of Michigan.

  • Vendors must stay open during both days for the duration of the hours of operation. Exceptions may be made but need to be approved by the event coordinator (WoMa Bazaar CEO). If a vendor leaves without approval, said vendor will not be invited back.  

Hours of Operation

  • Market will remain open from the hours of 1 p.m. till 7 p.m. on September 8th, 2023 and 9 a.m. till 5 p.m. on September 9th 2023. 

  • Food Vendors are asked to be open from 3 p.m. till 8 p.m on September 8th 2023 and 11 a.m. till 8 p.m. on September 9th 2023. Food vendors are allowed to arrive earlier at 1 p.m.m but are not required to be open until 3p.m.

Check-in/Registration

  • Market Vendors must check-in by 12:30pm and be set up by 12:45pm on September 8th 2023. 

  • Food Vendors must check-in by 2:30pm and set up by 2:45pm

  • Vendors must check-in before they unload and set up 

Cancellation Policy 

  • Cancellations before July 1st 2023 will receive a 50% refund and after July 1st 2023 no refund will be issued. No refunds will be issued for weather related cancellations.
